BRANCH LINE: CCL Veloduct directors David Barker (left) and Geoff Lee (right) have agreed a deal to sell the Reigatebased circular duct supplier to Swedish giant Lindab for an undisclosed fee. The 22 branches of CCL, which turned over £39 m illion in the year to June 2006, will be combined with Lindab's 12 branches and production plant, run in the UK by Lindab managing director Duncan McGregor (cent re).
