Plans were submitted this week for a 40-storey tower in Brighton.The luxury residential high-rise is part of a £175 million scheme to redevelop the city's marina area from developer Brunswick and Gateshead Millennium Bridge architect Wilkinson Eyre.The development also includes offices, retail space and affordable homes.Work could start on the scheme next year, subject to a successful planning application.
