Bristol office plans withdrawn

Plans for a 6,334 sq m office building at Bristol Bridge House, Bristol have been withdrawn by developer Terrace Hill.

The detailed plans included partial demolition and reconstruction work to provide a six-storey building for office use and 28 car parking spaces. Access, sewer systems, infrastructure,landscaping and enabling works were also part of the scheme.

DKArchitects designed the £7.7 million scheme which is expected to be redesigned this year.
