Developer Saxon Securities has been given planning permission to rebuild an office block in the heart of Birmingham's financial district.

Designed by SMC Corstorphine & Wright Architects, the £35 million building will run up to 14 storeys and across 11,148 sq m.Work is planned to start in early 2006 and finish two years later.
