Caddick lands £27 million double

Regional contractor Caddick has scooped nearly £27 million of work this month.

The firm, based in Castleford, West Yorkshire, has landed a £21 million deal to build a new retirement complex in Chorley, Lancashire, for specialist retirement developer Hicalife.

Caddick will begin work on the contract in September.

The company has also won a £6.3 million deal to build apartments in Manchester for Gleeson Regeneration, which begins on site next month.
