Carillion sues

Carillion is taking legal action against one of its former financial administrators, alleging conspiracy and misappropriation of £1 million of company funds.

The company is seeking a High Court ruling against John Donkoh, who worked at the group's facility maintenance arm, Carillion Services, to account for money allegedly misappropriated. A writ was filed against Mr Donkoh and another man, Soloman Arthur, in the High Court last week. The case is expected to be heard later this month.
