Carlisle firm secures £2.2m contract

A Cumbrian building firm has clinched a £2.2m contract to build a luxury apartment block in Carlisle.

Castellum Building and Civil Engineering, based in Dalston, will build 28 one, two and three-bedroom apartments in Kingstown.
