Chase eyes house work

FINANCE

MIDLANDS-based construction group Chase Midland has set up an affordable housing operation to target housing association work from Birmingham to Bristol.

Director Paul Loader is taking charge of the operation, which will use people from the £48 million turnover firm's house building and contracting arms.

Mr Loader said: 'Investing in this area of expertise is going to become a necessity for house builders to take advantages of changes in the marketplace.'
