Cheats caught

Around 30 subcontract workers at the Scottish Parliament building in Edinburgh have been confirmed as benefits cheats following a raid on the site, where Bovis Lend Lease is construction manager. A spokesman for the Department for Work and Pensions said more workers were likely to be netted as a result of this month's swoop.

Around 650 people, working for 20 contractors, are employed on the site.
