Cleveland gets £90m for schools

Plans have been unveiled for a £90 million investment programme in Cleveland's secondary and special schools.

The cash, spread across the borough's 11 secondary and special schools, comes from the Government's Building Schools for the Future programme.

Up to £10 million is earmarked for investment in ICT to underpin the development of "personalised learning" for students.
