College invites bids for new campus development

Stoke-on-Trent Sixth Form College is inviting project management bids for a relocation project worth up to £37 million.

The Staffordshire college will appoint a construction design management co-ordinator, quantity surveyor and employer's agent to oversee its move from the Fenton Manor Campus to a 10,000sq m campus in Roebuck Street.

The project is expected to cost £16 million, and £21 million more if the college also chooses to build a new science building.

Deadline for tenders or requests to take part is Friday November 23.
