A Cheshire sawmill has taken delivery of what it claims is the UK's first Forest Stewardship Council certified hardwood logs from the Congo. Smee Timber has 95 cu m of African mahogany, Iroko, Sapele and Utile logs felled from the Kabo forest in the republic.
