Connaught bags £370m housing work

Connaught's social housing division has won a series of contracts worth £370 million since the start of the year, the firm announced today.

Major wins include a 15-year, £150 million asset management contract at Raglan Housing Association, two five-year contracts at Dumfries and Galloway district council worth £50 million and three, four-year Decent Homes contracts with Newham Homes in east London worth £43 million.

Connaught chairman Mark Tincknell said: “We have had a strong start to 2008, with an excellent order intake reflecting our market-leading position in the social housing sector.”
