BSME Campaign of the Year award shortlist for Construction News

Construction News has been shortlisted in the prestigious British Society of Magazine Editors 2015 awards for Campaign of the Year.

It is the sixth award nomination in two weeks for Construction News journalists, following five IBP nominations last week.

The BSME shortlist is for the #loveLIVES campaign, led by deputy editor Tom Fitzpatrick, which raised £400,000 in 50 days for training social enterprise Building Lives.

Construction News is up against ShortList, Stylist, Inside Housing and Immediate Media Youth & Children’s Portfolio for the campaign award.

CN editor Rebecca Evans was named BSME Editor of the Year in 2014.

Editorial analyst Charlie Schouten was also shortlisted for New Journalist of the Year, while deputy editor Tom Fitzpatrick and features editor Daniel Kemp were shortlisted for the Construction/Infrastructure Writer of the Year award.
