Social housing contracts worth up to £980 million are up for grabs in London and the North.
North East Procurement Ltd has between £100m and £480m of works, predominantly in north-east England, north Yorkshire and the City of York, with a possibility of some work elsewhere.
The framework will include new build programmes - covering houses, community centres and sheltered schemes - along with refurbishment, and is split into eight lots, with a maximum number of 40 participants.
Deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 5pm on June 16. Call 01942 826788 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
The second is a £60m social housing repair and maintenance contract potentially leading to another £440m worth of work in London and the south.
Subsidiaries of affordable housing provider Affinity Sutton Group Ltd - including Broomleigh Housing Association, Downland Housing Association, William SuttonHousing Association and Aashyana Housing Association - are seeking expressions of interest from contractors to deliver to about 20,000 properties initially.
The five-year contract is valued at £12m per year, with an option for another 15 years of projects by way of rolling extensions. The main sites are in Greater London, Sussex and Kent.
The contracting authorities want to explore three options - a joint venture, a wholly owned subsidiary and a conventional partnering arrangement.
Deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is June 20. Contact at Affinity is Kirsty Bower or email email@example.com
