Core grab regeneration project

Multi-utility contractor Core Utility Solutions has snapped up a £1.2 million regeneration contract in north Huyton, Liverpool.

Work will cover installation of infrastructure for water, gas, electricity and telephone cables for 391 homes.

The project, awarded by joint venture Revive, is expected to run over two and a half years and the first phase of the project is expected to bring £50 million to the area.

Revive is made up of Gleeson Regeneration & Homes, Haslam Homes and Lowry Homes.
