Council to undertake restoration works

Coventry City Council is inviting applications from building contractors to restore a grade II listed building and to construct new offices at Bayley Lane, Coventry.

The new four-storey office building will be approximately 1,327 sq m in size and works on the grade II listed building will involve the construction of an extension.

Up to six bidders will be shortlisted for the job, with deadline for entries on 21 March.

The £3.5 million project is scheduled to take ten months from the award of contract.
