Councillors approve plans for Scottish schools PPP

Moray Council has given the go-ahead to a £55 million project to build two new schools, in north Aberdeenshire, Scotland.

The two new schools will replace Elgin Academy and Keith Primary School.

Moray Council will invite potential partners to provide details within the next month.

Three months after that, a preferred bidder will be named; financial close is scheduled for 2009.
