Countryside Properties lands £450m Grahame Park regen

Countryside Properties is preferred developer for a £450 million 15-year plan to regenerate the Grahame Park estate in Barnet, London
Countryside Properties will begin work later this year, building 2,977 new homes for both sale and rent, ranging from one bedroom apartments to four bedroom houses.

Grahame Park is a partnership between Genesis Housing Group and Notting Hill Housing Group in conjunction with Barnet Council.

Affordable housing will comprise 35 per cent of the scheme, with 65 per cent of homes will be for private sale. Other facilities will include community facilities, a library, health centre and a nursery.

A masterplan for Grahame Park was approved in September 2004.
