Cracking up

Cracks are appearing on the £43 million City Hall building, home of the Greater London Authority and Mayor Ken Livingstone.The complex was officially opened only two years ago but already four internal panels have had to be replaced.Teams of consultants and contractors have been called in but a spokesperson for the GLA said: 'It seems likely to be a glass manufacturing fault.'
