Crispin & Borst wins £6m office job

Crispin & Borst's London arm has won a £6 million contract for Sackville Development to construct a modern two-storey office building set in 12 acres of grounds at Milton Park in Egham, Surrey.

The front of the building will have a double height glazed atrium and a steel framed canopy comprising eight pre-cambered steel beams, each weighing 1.5 tonnes and measuring 16 metres long resting on four tapered steel columns, all of which were recently lifted into position.

External works will include York stone paving to the front entrance, soft landscaping and new car parking.

The offices will be completed in spring 2009.
