Cruise passengers stuck off the Isle of Wight

Passengers hoping to embark on the cruise of a lifetime on Sunday were still off the coast of the Isle of Wight after a mechanical fault on their liner.
The P&O Cruises' ship Aurora should have set sail from Southampton on Sunday, on a 103-day round-the-world trip to 40 destinations including Madeira, the Cape Verde Islands, the Falklands and San Francisco.

But a technical fault meant that £106 million liner, carrying 1,769 passengers, was today undergoing tests in The Solent.
