CSA in meltdown ex minister warns Blair

The 'broken-backed' Child Support Agency appears to be in a state of meltdown, former Welfare Minister Frank Field said today.
The man who was once told by the Prime Minister to 'think the unthinkable' in proposals to reform the welfare system, has now delivered a devastating critique of the 'chaos' of the declining CSA.

Mr Field said the CSA was refusing to publish key pieces of information crucial to a full understanding of its performance.
