Mr Charman join’s the Birmingham-based firm from the University or Leicester where he was deputy director of estates.

He will head up DBK’s public sector team as part of plan to move into this growing market sector.

DBK principal director Duncan Berry said: “In order to deliver the best market advice to our clients as we take on more public sector work, we knew we needed someone with Grant’s expertise.

“His CV already boasts project management experience in some very exciting projects within the healthcare, transportation and education sectors and we are confident he will open doors and create new business opportunities for DBK in the future.”
