Developer signs Yorkshire housing agreement

London Developer, Yoo Capital has signed a deal with Yorkshire housebuilder, Trilandium, to fund a pipeline of homes across the Northern county.

The pair have already begun work on two small sites, at Hovingham and Kirkbymoorside, near Leeds, but will seek to co-operate on Trilandium’s pipeline of 3,500 Yorkshire-wide units.

Andrew Thorpe, Yoo Capital md said: “The synergy of design, quality and tradition will enable us to compete successfully in the Yorkshire property market, and we are confident of good things to come. Rural areas in close proximity to thriving places like Harrogate, Leeds and York are sought after locations to live, and there is increasing demand for countryside locations such as Hovingham and Kirkbymoorside.”

Katherine Stacey, Trilandium managing partner said: “This is great news for the Yorkshire property sector. Yoo Capital shares our vision for building beautiful and traditional homes that exceed buyers expectations, and they have long term relationships with UK and international developers, backed by strong brand association and resources of Yoo.”
