Digga acquires loader company Kanga

Australian machinery firm Digga has acquired mini and compact loader company Kanga.

Kanga manufactures skid steer loaders in Australia and distributes them across the UK, US, South Africa and New Zealand.

Digga said it will transfer operations and staff over to its existing sites in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, and UK site in Andover. Kanga’s operations in Canberra will remain in place with staff reporting to the Sydney offices.

The company said it will bring Kanga’s range of mini loader attachments under its Attachments division.

Digga said the spare parts and service departments of both companies will be merged under a new division, Digga Spares and Service.
