Directors' ban

The father and son bosses of a Cheshire construction company have been banned from running a firm for seven years after J Barrie (Plant Hire) of Nantwich collapsed with debts of more than £1.2 million. Frederick Lord and his son John were disqualified from acting as company directors by Crewe County Court.
