Directors buy Saville Tractors

Plant

SAVILLE Tractors, the largest UK distributor of Case equipment, has been bought from its previous owner, the DuttonForshaw Group, by managing director Steve Cooper and finance director Mark Hughes.

The new team takes over with immediate effect and will continue to operate from Bearly, near Stratford-Upon-Avon, as well as from the existing locations at Airdrie, Bolton, Sheffield and Bridgend.

The deal also includes Saville Marine, but not the Belfast branch of Saville Tractors.

Finance has been negotiated with Case Credit and working capital is being provided by HSBC.

Saville, which employs around 70 staff, expects turnover this year to approach £20 million.
