Eco-home plans for former Bristol Uni site

A multi-million pound scheme has been announced to construct seven new eco-homes – and redevelop more than a dozen other properties – on the former site of Bristol University's botanic gardens.

The planning application has been submitted to North Somerset Council by Oxford-based developer Kingerlee Homes.

Work could start later this year subject to council approval. The project is due to completed within 18 months.
