Edmonton tower scheme given go-ahead

London-based developer Investland has been given the green light from Enfield Council to build a mixed-use scheme on a former petrol station site in Edmonton, north London.

The project, called Adelphi Point, will feature a nine-storey tower 20 sqms of commercial space along with 24 private residential apartments.

Designed by Parritt Leng, the building will have solar panels on the roof to provide it with hot water.
