ENGLAND EXPECTS: Patriotic construction workers have created a giant f lag on the side of a university building in Bristol to show their support for the England football team. The St George's Cross, measuring 33 m by 15 m, dominates the University of Bristol's chemistry block, which is undergoing an £8 million facelift by Cowlin. Scaffolders from Bryson used the white tarpaulin covering the building before using red netting to create the cross.
