The £60 million Downe Hospital contract in Belfast has been delayed by four weeks to give shortlisted firms more time to work up bids. Farrans, McLaughlin & Harvey, Graham/Martin and Henry Brothers all go for interviews later this month. A winner will be chosen on January 30.
