Firms bidding for a £22 million enabling works package for the planned International Sports Village at Cardiff Bay have been given an extra eight weeks to price the scheme after client Cardiff County Council revised parts of the job. Bids from Mowlem, Alfred McAlpine, Costain, Taylor Woodrow and Thyssen will now be returned on June 21.
