Sir, The Football Association chief is passing the buck on the new Wembley stadium disaster ('Firm braced for adjudication', News, August 3). If the FA executives had issued a snag list, detailing weekly progress of operations, they would be able to prove that they carried out their part professionally. Without this, the FA will be trampled over by the legal officials acting for the contractor.
