Ian Smith will take up the assistant project manager position at the Stockton office and is currently working on Middlesbrough Council’s office building Boho Core Building 1.

Faithful & Gould’s northern region director Martin Round said: “Faithful & Gould is renowned for the calibre of its project managers and is always looking for promising new talent like Peter, Chris and Ian.

"All three have worked in different backgrounds which can help build the perfect complement of knowledge and broaden our expertise base.”
