Fall verdict

An inquest into the death of self-employed builder Stephen Sinclair recorded a verdict of accidental death at Westminster Coroner's Court last Friday. Mr Sinclair, 41, fell 11 m to his death last October when he was installing a window frame. It was his first day on site for Four Seasons Double Glazing at Edgware in north-west London.
