Nottingham paint shop Leadmaster was fined £20,000 at Newark Magistrates' Court this week after an employee was crushed to death by a steel grid in June 2004. Robert Fountain, 60, was spray painting a 300 kg grid while hanging from a forklift truck when it fell on him.

Leadmaster was ordered to pay £2,922 costs.
