Father rejects security risk claim over freed Britons

The father of one of the Britons freed this week from Guantanamo Bay today rejected US claims that his son was still a risk to security.
Pentagon officials said they continued to believe Moazzam Begg and the other released detainees Feroz Abbasi, Martin Mubanga and Richard Belmar posed a 'significant threat'.

But Azmat Begg, father of Moazzam, said nothing had been proved against his son, despite hundreds of interviews in Guantanamo.
