Directors of a restoration contractor that specialised in restoring historic buildings have agreed not to run another company for up to three years after Herefordshire-based Dimblylow Crump collapsed with debts of more than £2 million. John Dimblylow undertook not to hold a directorship for three years and Maxwell Sanders and Iorwerth Esau agreed two year deals.
