OVERBURY has won a £17 million deal to refurbish the London off ices of the International Maritime Organisation.

The deal, for the Department for Transport, will see the offices on Albert Embankment on the south side of the river Thames refurbished to provide extra conference facilities.

The project is being overseen by Turner & Townsend.

Work will start at the end of this month.
