Former Stock Exchange site to be redeveloped

Developer Hammerson has been granted planning permission to redevelop the site of the former London Stock Exchange at 60 Threadneedle Street in the City of London.
Hammerson is planning to demolish the existing offices and build a new eight-storey scheme comprising 20,600 sq m of offices and 870 sq m of shops.

The new building was designed by Eric Parry Architects.
