French bid

The company that operates the Paris Metro is bidding to run the Docklands Light Railway in London. RATP has linked up with Nottingham tram operator Tansdev for the deal.Another French passenger transport operator, Keolis, which runs the cross-London Thameslink commuter route, is bidding in tandem with Balfour Beatty.
