Galliford Try buys housing contractor

Developer Galliford Try is set to buy Newcastle-based Kendall Cross Holdings for £9.3 million, £1.5 million will be on deferred terms.

The affordable housing developer Kendal Cross has a turnover of £23.3 million and works in partnership with housing associations and local authorities.

Galliford Try said it expects to have £37.7 million of net assets at completion.
