A pipeline is fed into a tunnel under the River Dee as the final stages are completed on a £50 million gas route across Scotland.The UK's biggest gas pipeline constructed this year has now officially been commissioned by National Grid Transco. It was built by Entrepose and spans 50 km from Lochside, 10 km north of Montrose, to Aberdeen's gas compressor station at Garlogie.
