Giant T5 fleet

Nationwide Access has struck another huge deal with Genie to support increased work at Heathrow Terminal 5.
The £1.2 million 200 machine deal will bring Nationwide a fleet of GS1932 electric scissors for use in the M&E fitout.

Marketing director Harry Waters said the fleet at T5 was becoming so large = it could reach as high as 400 machines at peak - that the firm is planning an onsite service centre to provide fast turnaround for maintenance.

He said: 'It takes so long to get in and out of the site that it makes sense to have the service engineers on site.'
