GLEESON Homes has restructured its operations, dividing the company into four regions and three specialist divisions.
The move replaces the existing two-region structure.
Managing director Clive Wilding said: 'By forming smaller areas of operation we are able to focus on a tighter market, promote from within, raise motivation and allow employees responsibility for their own performance.'
Under the new structure, Gleeson Homes South East will be headed by area manager Mark Davis and be based at Netherne-on-the-Hill in Surrey.
Gleeson Homes South remains under area managing director Howard Fisher. The Northern area has been split into Gleeson Homes North West in Blackburn, under area managing director Ian Joyce, and Gleeson Homes North East, based in Sheffield under area manager Kevin Carron.
The specialist divisions are:
Gleeson Classic Homes, run by managing director Nick Weait, which finances individually designed homes in the South.
Gleeson City Living, which is involved in inner-city regeneration projects and is run by area development manager Suzie Dickens.
Gleeson Strategic Land, under the direction of Scott Chamberlain, which identifies land opportunities.
