Gleeson wins £65m care home deal

Gleeson Building has secured a £65 million contract to design and build five care homes in Cheshire.

Client avantage (correct), a consortium made up of Harvest Housing Group, MJ Gleeson Group and Nationwide Building Society, will provide homes for the over-60’s in Handforth, Ellesmere Port, Middlewich, Winsford and Crewe.

Each development includes self-contained apartments, a library, IT suite, restaurant and village hall.
