Gloucester housing set for £3.2m repairs

Gloucestershire Housing Association is looking for contractors to bid for a £3.2 million deal to improve its housing stock across Gloucester.
Work will cover repair and maintenance services on a day-to-day basis and out of hours emergency.

The association will have the option to extend the five year deal by a further five years.

A maximum of five bidders will be invited to tender for the deal. Firms are asked to express an interest by the end of November.
