A £6.5 million deal is up for grabs to build an extension to The Deep in Kingston upon Hull. The Sir Terry Farrell-designed aquarium has been a huge success since opening last year, attracting more than 700,000 visitors. Bovis Lend Lease was construction manager on the original £40 million project, seen here during construction, and now owner EMIH wants to build a 2,000 sq m extension to the exhibition space.

Expressions of interest must be received by March 10.
