Going for Olympic green

The Olympic Delivery Authority is seeking a contractor to carry out construction work that would regenerate the Greenway, a 3km long public walkway between Victoria Park and West Ham.

The Greenway runs through the heart of the Olympic Park and the ODA wants a contractor that can build a footpath and cycleway that people will use before, during and after the 2012 Games.

A shortlist is to be finalised in November with the contract awarded early next year.
